Silverstar Car Wash Set to Expand into Minnesota

Five locations planned for Twin Cities metro in the next 12 months

INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MINN. -- Silverstar Car Wash, one of the nation’s fastest growing car wash brands, will aggressively expand its footprint into Minnesota later this year when it opens its first of five planned car wash locations in Inver Grove Heights.

The first Silverstar Car Wash location for Minnesota is in the final stages of construction at 9093 Broderick Blvd. in Inver Grove Heights. Additional locations are also under construction in Blaine, Coon Rapids, White Bear Lake, and Anoka.

“Getting to make this announcement feels a little surreal,” says Marty Donat, Site Startup Manager with Silverstar Car Wash. “As we’ve grown in South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska, we’ve been eyeing opportunities to expand our footprint into Minnesota. This growth provides an extensive network of car washes that allows our Unlimited Wash Pass members to access a Silverstar wherever they live, work, and play.”

Since opening its first location in Sioux Falls, S.D. in 2010, Silverstar Car Wash is known for its commitment to supporting the communities it operates in.

All new locations celebrate grand openings with a fundraiser and company match to support a local non-profit. To date, Silverstar Car Wash has supported these organizations with donations of more than $45,000.
