Silverstar Brings Team Members Together for Leadership Training
Silverstar Car Wash aims to be an asset to each community we're in by providing good jobs for our team members, jobs that provide endless opportunities for growth.
We kicked off a new year with leadership training at our headquarters in Sioux Falls. Our site managers and leads came together for the day to learn more about how Silverstar measures success and to set goals for 2023.
Helping our employees reach their goals and grow their careers is part of our Company Vision.
"When we can help our managers and leads grow in their skillset and their confidence, they turn around and pass it on to their own team members," said Andrea Vetos, Silverstar Car Wash's operations manager. "We've had a lot of success in retaining our employees with this approach."
Silverstar Car Wash believes in providing our team members regular training and opportunities to connect as a team supports that vision. Our goal is to host training sessions like this quarterly.
