Meet Hayden Sherva, wash bay lead at the first of six Silverstar Car Wash locations in Fargo, North Dakota. Hayden started with Silverstar in the spring of 2022 and enjoys working with some of his closest friends.

He also likes that Silverstar invests in him by making sure he has the skills and resources to provide the very best customer service.

“They have trained me and given me the responsibility to make things run smoothly,” Hayden says of his onboarding process at the Fargo location.

Like many Silverstar team members, Hayden is a car lover. His favorite? The 2007 Saab 9-5t 2.3t.
