Employee Spotlight: Armand Ramirez

"The company and its managers will bring out the best part of yourself," says Armand Ramirez of Sioux City.

That's high praise from Armand, Wash Bay Lead at Silverstar Car Wash on Floyd Boulevard. Since joining the team in March 2020, Armand has grown in his career and impacts the experience of hundreds of people who visit our car washes daily.

"I love coming to work knowing I am working among friends who support me and have had my back every step of my journey with the company," Armand adds. "While working for Silverstar I have been given the knowledge and guidance to effectively manage the wash bay."
