Employee Spotlight: Tay Sauvageau
She's been part of Team Silverstar just a few months, but Tay Sauvageau is already making an impact as Site Manager at our Sheyenne Street location in Fargo, N.D.
What does she love about this adventure? The people she gets to work with and the challenge of learning new things.
"There's so much more to a car wash than I previously expected, and everyone's always willing to teach me about the business," says Tay.
Tay is excited about the prospect of growth, for both her team members and herself, with Silverstar Car Wash.
"There's so much room for opportunity," says Tay. "Not only are there more sites opening soon which means there's always the possibility of working at a site that works best for you, but there's paths for advancement, from CSA to Lead to Assistant Manager to Site Manager."
