Employee Spotlight: Matt Steever

Matt Steever just celebrated his first anniversary with Team Silverstar.

Matt, a Key Holder/Bay Attendant at our West 41st Street location in Sioux Falls, preaches the gospel of good customer service. When asked what he loves about his job, Matt’s quick to answer:

“The customers, making them #1.”

Matt’s also quick to share how Silverstar Car Wash invests in him as an employee and key member of Team Silverstar.

“They work with me to balance two jobs and life outside of work,” Matt explains. “And, the time and training for growth is outstanding.”

And it’s for these reasons he recommends a career with Silverstar Car Wash.
