Employee Spotlight: Lizzy Pechtl

What happens when you love your job and you're great at it? For Lizzy Pechtl, it means advancing in your career ... quickly!

Lizzy joined the team at Silverstar Car Wash's Calico Drive location in Fargo, N.D. in April 2022 and was recently promoted to Lead Cashier. That means even more opportunities to do what she loves most: learn new things to make sure her customers have a great experience when they visit her store.

And it's not just the customers she enjoys working with. Lizzy shares that her fellow Silverstar team members make the job fun and exciting.

"The great people I work with are my favorite part," she says.
