Employee Spotlight: Lillian Larson

Lillian Larson has become a standout team member of Team Silverstar in the Twin Cities for the past six months.

Known at our location in White Bear Lake for her friendly personality and dedication to customer service, Lillian has quickly earned the respect and admiration of both her coworkers and customers.

“What stands out the most to me about Silverstar is the great people I work with,” Lillian says. “The flexible hours and the fast-paced environment keep me on my feet and make every day enjoyable.”

Lillian appreciates the way Silverstar prioritizes the growth and well-being of its employees.

“Silverstar has helped me improve my communication skills and gain confidence when speaking to people,” she shares. “But what means the most to me is how supportive they have been. When I lost a family member, they gave me the time I needed to grieve. That kind of understanding is rare, and I’m truly grateful.”

Lillian’s positive attitude is evident in her daily interactions. Whether she’s helping a customer or sharing a laugh with her team, she finds joy in the community Silverstar has built.

“One of the moments I’ll never forget was when a customer gave me a bag of Tootsie Rolls as a thank-you,” Lillian recalls. “It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me and reminded me why I love what I do.”
