Employee Spotlight: Lexi Schneider

Lexi Schneider has become a standout team member of Team Silverstar at our Davenport location in the Quad Cities since its opening.

Known for her welcoming personality and strong leadership, Lexi has quickly earned the respect and admiration of both her coworkers and customers.

“I love being a part of people’s routine!” Lexi says. “We have regulars that come through around the same time every day, and those connections make a stronger community.”

Lexi values the way Silverstar fosters personal and professional growth among its employees.

“Silverstar has made me a better leader. Working here has taught me that hard work and dedication are truly valued in the workplace,” she shares. “The positive culture and the willingness to learn from one another make for a fun and exciting environment.”

Lexi’s upbeat attitude shines in her daily interactions. Whether she’s assisting a customer or helping a new employee learn the ropes, she finds joy in being part of the Team Silverstar.

“Probably teaching new employees how to do the smile on the window is one thing that makes everyone laugh the most,” Lexi recalls. “Your first few times doing it usually don’t look much like a smile at all! But it’s something we can all laugh about as we improve together.”
