Employee Spotlight: Kylie Zurcher
As a dedicated member of Team Silverstar in Sioux Falls, Kylie Zurcher’s journey is marked by growth and positivity. Starting in August 2024 at our 41st Street location, Kylie has quickly become an integral part of the team, bringing enthusiasm and determination to every shift.
“What I love most about working at Silverstar is the positive work environment,” Kylie shares. “I’ve never had a job with so much encouragement and feedback from both team members and managers. It makes me excited to come to work and grow in my career.”
Kylie says the Silverstar culture makes her feel supported every step of the way.
“The team is always ready to help, whether it’s learning a new skill like doing a chain flip or just offering guidance on the side. Everyone is invested in seeing each other succeed,” she explains.
Kylie’s enthusiasm and dedication shine through in her day-to-day interactions. She values teamwork, learning opportunities, and the friendly atmosphere that Silverstar fosters.
“During my first interview with Eve, I noticed how positively she handled her staff and set them up for success. That moment made me realize that I would have the tools and support to thrive in this role,” Kylie reflects.
