Employee Spotlight: Joslynne Fox

As a valued member of Team Silverstar at our White Bear Lake location in the Twin Cities, Joslynne Fox has made a lasting impression with her positivity and dedication. Starting in August 2024, Joslynne quickly became a key part of the team, known for her strong work ethic and collaborative spirit.

“What I love most about working at Silverstar is the teamwork,” Joslynne shares. “It’s such a supportive environment where everyone looks out for each other, making each day enjoyable and fulfilling.”

Joslynne appreciates how Silverstar goes above and beyond to invest in its employees.

“I’ve been given the time off I needed when life required it, and that level of understanding is so meaningful,” she explains. “The managers here genuinely care about their team, which is rare to find.”

Her enthusiasm for her role shines through in her interactions with both teammates and customers. Joslynne values the strong sense of community and the opportunities to grow within the company.

“One of my favorite memories is when I returned after taking some time off, and my manager greeted me by saying, ‘Welcome home.’ That moment really showed me how much this team cares,” she reflects.
