Employee Spotlight: Eve Chesher

As the Site Manager at our Sioux Falls 41st Street location, Eve’s journey with Silverstar has been nothing short of inspiring. Starting as a baseline employee, she quickly worked her way up to cashier lead, Assistant Site Manager, and finally, Site Manager in early 2024. Along the way, Eve has grown both personally and professionally, mastering leadership skills and learning how to excel through constructive feedback.

“What I love most about working at Silverstar is how supportive the management team is. They never fail to help out and teach you when you don’t understand something,” Eve shares. “I look up to each and every one of them—they’re amazing at what they do. I couldn’t be happier being part of this team.”

Silverstar Car Wash has invested in Eve by fostering her growth through opportunities for advancement and creating an environment where she can build meaningful relationships with her team and customers.

“Some may see this as just a high school or starter job, but with hard work and dedication, you can turn it into a career,” Eve explains. “I wouldn’t trade the memories and experiences for anything. I truly love my job.”
