Employee Spotlight: Carley Baldwin
Carley Baldwin became part of Team Silverstar in May of 2023 and has flourished in the supportive, family-oriented atmosphere. She is currently an Assistant Manager at our 10th St location in Sioux Falls.
“I absolutely love the family-based environment. I couldn't ask for a better team to work for!” Carley shares. “We are a family and a great team!”
Silverstar Car Wash has been instrumental in Carley’s career progression. “Silverstar has given me the chances and opportunities to move up so fast in the company! I started as a cashier and worked my way up to the Assistant manager position with the guidance and encouragement from my management team,” Carley explains.

- Favorite Memory: “Not too long ago, I met a young, new-to-town pastor who is starting up a church here in Sioux Falls. We were just chit-chatting, and then he asked if he could pray for and with me, so in the middle of the Minnesota Ave location parking lot, we bowed our heads and spoke to the Lord. It was such a beautiful moment! I think of it often, and it definitely makes me smile and brings peace to my heart.”
