Silverstar Celebrates Team Members at Regional Training Events
Known for their high-quality, convenient car washes all over the Midwest, Silverstar leaders say they are most proud of their greatest assets: the people.
To end the month of September, team members from the Sioux Falls and Sioux City regions took part in Silverstar’s quarterly training celebrations.
This is an opportunity for teams to recognize their growth as an organization and acknowledge the hard work of the people who make Silverstar the area’s premier car wash chain.
“We had a great training celebration where we were able to hand out awards and highlight team members for their focus and investment in Silverstar and their future with us. It’s pretty amazing to see the growth,” said Marty Donat, Sioux City regional manager.
Sioux Falls Regional Manager Will Bell added, “Our team members invest their time, energy and knowledge to grow with us, so we’re happy to invest our time, energy and knowledge to help them grow as well. When this happens we want to recognize and celebrate all of their achievements together as one big family.”
The quarterly training also allows Silverstar team members to practice several of the company’s core values, which include Teamwork and Fun.
With locations in South Dakota, North Dakota and Iowa, and more in the works, Silverstar remains focused on nurturing a respectful team atmosphere for all employees. In turn, that engagement creates a joyful experience for the hundreds of customers who visit Silverstar car washes daily.
