Haunted Car Wash brings new Halloween fright to Siouxland

If you’re looking for a little scare this week – you can always check out a haunted… car wash?
SilverStar Car Wash is putting on a Haunted Car Wash leading up to the Halloween weekend.
Located off Gordon Drive on Correctinville Road, folks in Siouxland can take their car through the wash and get a bit of a fright, too.
While the wash is all for fun, it’s also supporting a good cause.
“We started about three years ago,” said regional manager Marty Donat. “There were several car washes around the country that had done it and we just love being involved in the community. We love doing charity work, as well. So, we teamed up with Feeding South Dakota and Feeding Iowa and thought it was a great way to get our team involved in the community, have a little fun and break up the monotony of the day and still give something back to the customers that give us something every day.”
The car wash is $18 dollars and is a one-time fee, meaning you can go through multiple times if you wish.
The Haunted Car Wash begins Thursday, Oct. 28th and runs from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., through Halloween.
