Employee Spotlight: Lokke Valverde

Have you had the privilege of meeting Lokke Valverde?!

Lokke is an assistant manager at 2511 University Dr., our newest location in Fargo, N.D. But that’s not where she started.

“I started as an entry level cashier, and when I proved my abilities, Silverstar was there to prove they believed in me by giving me promotions and raises and now I'm an Assistant Manage,” says Lokke.

During her time with Silverstar Car Wash, Lokke says she’s pleased to be surrounded by people who work as a team.

“Everyone encourages each other, whether at meetings, over social media or on text,” says Lokke. “We have various events like "Fill the Barrel" which gives us opportunities to shine and show positive encouragement for each others' achievements.”

Lokke encourages anyone who wants to grow in a supportive environment and wants to move ahead to join Team Silverstar.
